What Does Shipping Protection Cover?
Damage: If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Lost Items: If your product was lost by the shipping provider, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
What Does Shipping Protection NOT Cover?
Packages that were delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery, it is not covered. Unfortunately, this is outside our control. In this scenario, we recommend that a police report be filed.
