Most vehicles we offer up to a 3.5" lift. Although this is not recommended for those just getting into lifts there is no one size fits all. Luckily we created theLift Guide Blogas a resource for you to pick the optimal lift for your needs.

This is a great question. Each has the benefits and downfalls and are not made equal. We reccomend doing one or the other or both depending on many factors like your needs, your wants, and your budget. We recommend checking out ourBlog Posts for a guide on how or what to lift your Subaru with.

If you do one of our lift kits you do not need to purchase any other items. We put these lift kits together to be comprehensive systems that provide everything you need to successfully lift your vehicle. We try very hard to keep everything in-stock but unfortunatley that isn't always possible. If you order a backordered item if the product you ordered is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified and given an estimated time of fulfillment. Some backordered items take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

RalliTEK accepts international orders. International orders are done through our website. Please add the item to your cart and go through the checkout process. After shipment, international orders will not be eligible for returns and all sales will be final.

No. For security reasons, RalliTEK, and RalliTEK.com will not change any addresses on an order that has already been placed. The customer in question MUST replace the order again with their correct credentials, and request that their incorrect order is canceled. At this time, any cancellation fees will be voided and the customer's incorrect order will be fully refunded.

RalliTEK's daily pickup time for UPS and FEDEX packages is around 3 pm PST. Depending on the selected carrier speed and RalliTEK's 48-hour processing window, it is RalliTEK's main shipping priority to have all shipments ready for pickup before these times each day.

Single items costing over $700 will sometimes have an adult signature and will require a signature upon receiving the package. See your tracking number to see if your product requires an adult signature.

By default, RalliTEK's "Free Shipping" option utilizes UPS and FEDEX depending on the product size and weight.

Order Changes FAQ's

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for ANY reason, please contact RalliTEK Customer Service BEFORE you finalize and submit your order. We have a great Customer Service team ready to help answer your questions or concerns and to ensure you purchase the exact products you want and need.

We cannot stop an order after it has been placed and a 5% cancellation fee will apply to all orders once it has been submitted (before shipping). In addition, if you pay for your order with Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers labor and material, merchant processing fees, and other costs associated with processing your order.

Once a shipping tracking number has been generated for your order, it will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (see below).

*Strut assemblies and items built-to-order are assembled according to your order specifications and are considered custom orders. Therefore, these CANNOT be canceled and/or returned without a 25% restocking fee and pre-approval from RalliTEK Customer Service.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
All return requests must be approved by RalliTEK Customer Service. RalliTEK is not responsible for any products returned to our warehouse without prior approval. To start your return, please read our Return Policy below and then visit our Returns Center.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No items may be returned after 30 days.
  • *Strut assemblies and items built-to-order are assembled according to your order specifications and are considered custom orders. Therefore, these CANNOT be canceled and/or returned without a 25% restocking fee and pre-approval from RalliTEK Customer Service.
  • Electronics have a NO RETURN policy. Please call our Customer Service Dept to ensure fitment before purchasing.
  • Items that are damaged and/or incorrect products received must be reported to RalliTEK within 10 days of receipt for a return to be considered.
  • Items must be returned and received by RalliTEK in new, original condition and cannot be damaged, modified, or previously installed. Items that fail to meet these conditions will be ineligible for a refund. Upon request, items may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse. RalliTEK is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Please package your items well and consider purchasing insurance for large, heavy items that may be damaged in shipping.
  • Once your items are received in our warehouse, they will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund.
  • Original shipping costs and/or any shipping costs on items received as part of a Free Shipping offer are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment. If you prefer an in-store credit, please contact our Customer Service Dept.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange your product for other products listed on our website. Please review our Exchange Policy below:

  • Customers must supply proof of purchase before an exchange is considered
  • Customers are required to ship the original package at their own expense
  • Items must be received by RalliTEK in new, original condition (including all supporting parts and manuals) and cannot be damaged, modified, or previously installed. Items that fail to meet these conditions will be ineligible for a refund.  Upon request, items may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

If you are a business and want to take advantage of RalliTEK's wholesale prices, please send RalliTEK a copy of your business license and reseller's license to info@rallitek.com. Please also include your RalliTEK account info.

If you would like discounts with us (and only for RalliTEK brand items), we ask that you do the following activities:

  • Etc

Before we send you a discount, we would like to see your dedication towards the brand and your efforts put in before we reward you with discount parts. This will also help us determine at what level to discount you (Discounts typically range from 5% to 50% and sometimes more). So, we ask if you want to continue, please buy a RalliTEK product at full price (you may want to buy a cheaper RalliTEK item for this step, or if you have any others already), and review them using one of the methods mentioned above. Share your content with us, and at that point, we can discuss discounts on RalliTEK items with you. That being a dollar amount or a percentage off on your cart.
