Like everything Rallitek makes, this is a top notch product. These skid plates completed my armor. I now have engine, transmission, gas tank and rear diff skid plates, along with rock sliders. Out of all the skid plates, these are by far the trickiest to install. There's absolutely nothing wrong with them or Rallitek's instructions (sort-of), but with the 2 middle bolts, spacers and nuts, there's nearly zero room to hold everything to get it tightened down. Despite the instructions, I ended up starting with the middle bolts and then doing the two easy front bolts. I used electrical tape to hold the nut and spacer to the hanger, then began the tedious process of tightening the bolt. The other point of frustration (again, not Rallitek's fault), is the room to work around the rear attachment point on the driver's side skid plate. I hacksawed a wrench to squeeze it back there to tighten down the bolts. The skid plates are super beefy, but you might have to get creative like I did to do the install. My total install time was about 90 minutes.

I would give these 5 stars because I absolutely love them, but I had already purchased the rally light bar and they are not compatible without a significant amount of work. After a couple hours of work fitting, they both are in place nicely. It would be nice if it had a warning about this so you could plan your install time accordingly. Form and function are superb though, worth the work!!

The skid plates were easy it install, even without instructions. They are infinitely better than the OEM guards.

Added the front, transmission, and rear diff skid plates. Easy install. A must have upgrade for any trail enthusiasts. I look forward to adding the sliders next.

Easy to install looks and works great

Great product easy to install and can take a hit. After install I took a trip in the wilderness outback bottomed out at about 30 MPH on the transmission plate. I felt the impact but no damage to the plat. Hit clay packed with shells and road rubble.

Just make sure you follow the directions exactly as stated. It will save you hours.

The install for these is smooth and can be done with simple hand tools. The real test will be Moab!

These fit like a dream and are much better than the plastic covers. Nice hardware and I opted for the rock dome protection washers in Wilderness Gold. Super Happy with look and fitment. They took me about an 1 hour to install in my garage. Instructions were good as well. Couldn't be happier
