I purchased the kit shown above for the 14 Forester directly from my performance shop, 6 Star performance in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
I was delighted by the sounds of all installation Essentially being a breeze except not being sent to items at all
Trailing arms rear diff protection, that little promo bag they have pictured? Not included
The management at the shop explain they have been trying to contact rallitechto no avail also finding that The first image is a completely stock photo
As well as the complete plate writing in its description stating that the kit comes with both of these items and one of the promotional bags
It’s one thing to not get a promo
But this is straight up stealing, It’s included in a photo and it’s written in the description. Where are my parts rallitek????

We received your review, and I want to let you know that we take this very seriously.
I looked through our phone and email records from today all the way back to November 12th, which is when Six Star Performance placed the order. We do not have any record of calls or emails from their phone number or email addresses. The only scenario where communication wouldn’t appear in our logs is if they called outside of business hours—our phone system sends an automated message during those times and does not generate a record. For reference, our hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST.
Customer service is extremely important to us, and we have dedicated staff whose sole responsibility is responding to calls and emails as quickly as possible.
Regarding the missing items, we do need Six Star Performance—the purchaser of the order—to contact us directly so we can properly verify and resolve the issue. I will be emailing them as well, but we need them to confirm what the concern is so we can address any misunderstandings and correct any discrepancies right away.
