Level Up: The launch of our new catback exhaust for the 2015 Subaru WRX is here! We have a system configured to suit the new models perfectly*, with an all-new design from the mid-pipe to the axle-back. Built by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts, our designs are second to none, starting as raw materials in one door of our shop and shipping out as finished handcrafted parts at the other end of the building. You won't find a better value for money.

Features:

Other than layout and fitment, the overall concept behind our signature Subaru WRX cat-back exhaust sound hasn't changed much in 12 years, and just like it did back then, it still builds optimal torque in the midrange of the powerband and excellent horsepower in the same range and in the top end. The stainless steel mandrel bent system is designed to reduce drones at cruise and hill climbing while simultaneously building leading torque gains.

And ask anyone who has owned one of our exhausts for any WRX or STi from 2008 to 2022, they have a sound all their own - aggressive at full throttle with a sharp but refined sound signature.

Catback Exhaust Options:

The resonator in the Midpipe: Yes or No. With the resonator, you'll have a smoother more refined sound, less raspy tones, less pops and crackles. You'll know right away whether you want one or not. Refined warm sound - resonator; Pop and crackle after firing on rev-matched downshifts - skip the resonator. Non-resonated systems are built to order and can be requested in the order comments during checkout. All standard orders are shipped with a resonator.

Mufflers: Three options from loud and full tone to a milder deeper tone for your 2015 WRX:
Muffler Delete: The loudest option, you get the high frequencies, midrange, and low tones all at the same time. Most turbine noise, most pop, and crackle when the engine is hot and you downshift.

4" Muffler: Our midrange tone boosting, rasp-cutting solution for those of you who want the best of both worlds - this system sounds great on its own but still silences the engine well enough to manage day-to-day if you run a downpipe later on.
5" Muffler: The gold standard for a nice warm tone, canceling high frequency and some midrange tones and retaining a deep tone at lower RPM with a nice bark at wide open throttle.

Tip Selection: Six different exhaust tip styles to choose from to get just the right look on your 2022 WRX Catback Exhaust System. Choose the option you'd like to see at the top of the page and the photos update to match your choice of exhaust tip design.

GENERAL DETAILS ON HOW IT'S MADE AND WHAT IT'S MADE OF:

Who We Are:  Nameless Performance has been the leading name in developing configurable exhaust systems for the Subaru WRX and STi since 2010. With the recent discontinuation of the Subaru STi, we are eager to work more with the FA24 series engine building off our extensive development on the FA24-powered LegacyXT and Outback XT.

Materials: The system is designed using 100% T304 (low corrosion, high strength) stainless steel throughout. From the flanges to the tubing and hangers to the perforated tubing in the mufflers, all of the stainless we use is the highest grade T304. Muffler packing consists of medium density, high temperature resistant ceramic wool, ensuring long muffler life and a compact lightweight design. All of our stainless is quality tested using x-ray fluorescence technology to ensure it meets standards for nickel, chromium, and other alloying agents. We go the extra mile so you get what you pay for.

Construction: TIG Welding stainless steel is our bread and butter. All weld joints in this 2022 WRX cat-back exhaust are hand TIG welded by our experienced team members in our shop in the Pacific Northwest. With over 40 years of experience welding, our team is comprised of fabricators who have worked in every industry from automotive to heavy fabrication, working with a wide variety of materials and technologies. They pride themselves on their work and produce results that are unparalleled.

Installation / How It Fits Together: All segments of the catback exhaust are fit together with v-band clamps instead of bolts and flat flanges. But at all OEM connection points, OEM fit connections are used. This allows you to simply latch the exhaust together one piece at a time and then tighten it once it's aligned but also allows compatibility with all OEM exhaust parts.

At the front, where the cat-back exhaust bolts to the downpipe, you don't need any special hardware or third-party adapter, our system is designed to bolt up to a factory diameter downpipe and just as easily connect to a 3" diameter downpipe later on with NO ADDITIONAL PARTS OR ADAPTERS. The connection to the downpipe features all of the compliance of the OEM system and allows easy adjustment during installation. All hardware, gaskets, nuts, and bolts are included for bolting the axle-back portion of the exhaust to the mid-pipe.
