Missing wiring to even make the winch function

We're sorry you had issues with the winch and mount. We would've been happy to assist and send new parts if there was wrong or defective parts sent to you. The bumper should not be popping off so there must be some sort of issue with the fitment and the way the winch mount was fitted to the vehicle. We have detailed install instructions on our website explaing the correct way to install this part and if they are followed it should net you a better result. One thing that you will want to be sure to do is do not tighten any of the botls for the winch mount until you have everyhting where it needs to be sitting then you can remove the bumper again and torque everything down.
