Significant improvement over factory springs

I fitted these springs to a 2022 Outback combined with the 1.5 inch lift. The stance of the vehicle with the 2 inch overall lift is awesome. The ride with the new springs is a lot firmer but by no means uncomfortable. That bouncy wallowing feeling when you go over bumps or expansion joints on a freeway has stopped. I look froward to the next road trip and enjoying a ride that does not bottom out when going over bumps or dips in the road. I also feel more comfortable knowing that I am less likely to scrape the bottom of the vehicle when I go to the cabin or camping. Highly recommend the fitment of the springs as a minimum if you do load your vehicle.

Should be OEM Springs

Amazing upgrade for the 2020 to 2024 Outback! If you tow a small boat, or carry bikes/gear via hitch rack on a regular basis this upgrade is a must. With the stiffer springs, the vehicle rides more like a truck, but not harsh at all and it also reduces body roll in corners.

Lift Plus Better Trailering Ability

This is my second purchase, this one for my '23 Onyx XT, and it offers overload ability and an additional 1/2" of lift combined with the 2" lift kit. I can haul my motorcycle on my bike carrier. Ensure that you have a hitch that can carry enough of a tongue weight and consider the forces it must withstand when under load and coping with dips and acute vertical weight transfers and stay well within critical loads, or suffer untimely catastrophic failures, which I've seen.

These springs work well and look great, but do expect to lose the plush factory ride. Railroad tracks require a decent slow, planned crossing, or teeth chatter can occur.

RalliTEK BRANDED PRODUCTS LIFETIME WARRANTY

RalliTEK branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If a RalliTEK branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, please contact RalliTEK Customer Service at (503) 619.0055 or info@rallitek.com to obtain a return authorization. Once this step has been completed, your product must be returned directly to the RalliTEK Warranty Department, 13339 NE Airport Way, Suite 500, Portland, OR 97230. All shipping to the Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. RalliTEK will not be liable for damaged or lost inbound packages.

The RalliTEK website sells discontinued, special markup, and slightly blemished products at significant discounts as 'factory seconds' products. If approved, the RalliTEK Warranty Department may repair factory second products for a reasonable charge and applicable shipping charges.

Non-RalliTEK branded products do not have any written or implied warranties. Products on RalliTEK.com are sold with the warranty applied directly from the manufacturer. The customer must contact the product brand manufacturer for any warranty details. All products sold by RalliTEK are intended for off-road and/or race use only, as suggested by the manufacturer, and should be installed and set up by professional service centers only. RalliTEK is not responsible for any product failure or failure due to installation. Should a warranty claim arise, the customer and the manufacturer will handle all warranty issues directly.

There is no warranty on high-performance or race-related parts due to the nature of usage.
