Fitted these on Legacy struts with Koni inserts on 06OBXT The ride is fantastic. Well matched spring/damper rates. Unloaded with driver only they are a touch bouncy when the road is rough but very controlled and fun in the smooth twisties. With 2-4 adults and a weekend worth of gear the car rides like a cloud, no more underdamped/underspring bounces from one lane to another on the highway. Highly recommend. stock tires with legacy struts, seems like they fit with 6-4mm worth of clearance to strut tower but im running legacy sized tires for now

Based on Hooke's Law, a stiffer spring with the same weight pressing down will not compress as far and since these are the same dimensions as an OE spring, they WILL raise your car. I like the ride though, so I'm keeping them, but it does change my plans for a lift kit.

Went with the 0 lift springs in front and the .4" springs in the rear.Rides firm but not harsh,huge improvement in handling,bridge expansion joints and railroad crossings would bottom out the rear before and are hardly noticeable now.Braking has improved significantly since not near as much nosedive in the front now.If you want your 3rd gen outback to ride and handle like it always should have these springs are a must have!!!!
