RalliTEK Lift Springs
Our proprietary Subaru springs went through rigorous dyno and real-world testing to guarantee the highest quality and best-performing springs. During our testing with the limited space in Subaru models, we found the linear spring was the perfect solution for the best-performing suspension on the market.
RalliTEK springs are the most advanced springs available for Subaru vehicles. Our exclusive technology dramatically increases the vehicle's performance off-road while increasing the ability to carry more weight or added accessories.
This unique technology improves handling and predictability off-road while keeping the plush on-road ride quality that Subaru is designed for. Our lift springs allow the fitment of larger tires for enhanced stability in inclement weather or tough terrain. In the hills, Overlanding, in the snow, or touring the interstates, there's nothing our springs won't dominate.
Bilstein B6 Shocks and Struts
Developed for a variety of applications, including sports cars, sedans, coupes, trucks, and SUVs, Bilstein performance shock absorbers and struts have been designed to provide improved handling and ride control without sacrificing comfort. Fade-free performance is achieved by using high gas pressure, monotube design with a large diameter shock body.
Bilstein's patented design allows the excessive heat from the oil to transfer to the outer surface of the shock body and dissipate more efficiently. The dividing piston also permits the oil to expand as heat builds, preventing aeration (foaming) and viscosity loss. This allows the shock to maintain full damping characteristics as temperatures rise.
The tube of a Bilstein gas pressure shock or strut is fabricated using a special extrusion method. This process achieves an extremely tight peak-to-valley tolerance and maintains consistent wall thickness. Bilstein's seamless monotube design provides superior tube strength while maximizing heat dissipation and shock life.
Additional advantages, based on development strongly influenced by the motorsport industry, include greater stability, better road handling, and accurate steering. This combined with extremely high-quality manufacturing and materials means Bilstein's will last approximately four times as long as the Original Equipment.
Bilstein products are backed by an aftermarket lifetime warranty.

I had been researching the Rallitek lifted overload springs with Bilstein B6s for a while, like for way too long. I have a 2019 Crosstrek Premium with an LP Aventure 1.5” lift. The car had about 45,000 miles on it and was severely sagging in the rear. I had numerous questions about compatibility and the proper application for my vehicle. Skylar, the Warehouse Manager, took the time with me on a phone call to address all questions and concerns; he was professional and knowledgeable. I ordered online with a projected delivery date of 7 December via FedEx. I had some concerns with our local FedEx and made several calls to Rallitek for assistance; Dallin, the Sales Manager, assisted me numerous times via phone and email. He contacted the FedEx Rep and my packages were delivered on 21 December. I fully believe that his intervention is the only reason they arrived. The quality of the product and packaging was amazing. No damage in shipment. If you’ve installed a lift, you can install these with the help of a friend, ratchet straps and jacks/stands. My wife and I installed these on 26 December in about four hours with hand tools counting coffee breaks. I measured vehicle height before and after installation. Non-scientific measuring process indicates gains of 1 3/8” from concrete to center of rear fender well, 1 1/4” from concrete to rear jack point, 1/4” from concrete to center of front fender well, and 3/8” from concrete to front jack point. I’m fairly certain my factory rear shocks and springs were toast since this was only a 1/2” lift. Drives so much better! I wanted this system as we carry a lot of gear for camping and have been doing a lot of chain saw work while towing a utility trailer after Hurricane Helene. I’m more than pleased. Customer service of Rallitek is amazing. I had to contact Dallin after install as a local shop serviced my CVT and there were some clunking sounds from the front end after they had it for a day. The single top hat nut on each assembly loosened slightly when they put my car on their lift and the tires drooped for several hours. I’m still not certain how it happened. Collectively, we figured it out and it drives perfectly again. Thank you Rallitek, Skylar and Dallin. If you are trying to decide about purchasing these, go ahead and buy them; they are worth the investment over the factory suspension. At least, for my application they were. No more sag in the rear and no more flashing lights from oncoming traffic. It gave my car a rigid feel that grips the road with much less bounce and sag.
Install wasn’t that bad. Took 4 hours. Customer service was helpful with my install questions. Fixed my sag problem. Overall ride is stiffer. Less body roll. Car feels more firmly planted. I no longer run up on the bump stops going over railroad tracks. Handles pot holes better too. The one inch lift is a plus. I think I got more since I was sagging a lot.
I waited a couple months to gather my thoughts about these and I have to say I am very pleased and impressed with this suspension. The look is amazing and the performance even better. My only downside is going with the overload springs for every day driving. They are a little stiff but great when you load down the car a little. I think it is still a good balance and improved performance over the stock suspension.
Fresh off the lot I made several upgrades to my 2022 Crosstrek Sport for adventuring off-road. Unlike many customizers, I really wanted to maintain as much of my car's on-road feel, highway manners, and mileage as I could while still making it more capable off-road. I was looking to expand the car's capabilities, and was not pursuing a certain aesthetic. In addition to upgrading to 215/65/17 Yokohama tires, -20mm offset wheels, skid plates, 1.5" lift with RA spaces, mud flaps, and rear spare tire holder, I got the +0.5" front and +0.5" overload rear springs with B6 struts. The ride is perfect on and off road. In doing so, I hardly sacrificed any highway manners, noting only a bit softer cornering and increased oversteer which is mostly due to the tires. The stiffer springs tame the rebound of the slightly heavier tires without making the car feel harsh riding around town. Cornering on smooth and rough pavement is better than stock (the 2021-22 Crosstrek already had slightly stiffer springs than the 2018-20). Off-road the ride is great. With the +150 lbs from the full sized spare tire and tire swing, the overload springs and B6s are very well matched, with a nice balanced handling feel between front and back, even when not carrying anything in the back. My Subaru mechanic remarked how good the handling was. I really glad I "sprang" for the overload rears and B6s - the extra stiffness was just what the car needed. If you are running heavier tires, you probably need this kit. If you have a rear spare tire holder, you probably need this kit.
Love this kit! I was really hesitant making the investment as I also had to pay a shop for installation. But the result was well worth it! Not only did I gain over 1" of ground clearance for off road use, but my daily driver handling is WAY better than the splashy feel of the OEM setup. Very satisfied!
Thanks for the review!
