This automatic transmission mount is an OEM Subaru part # 41022AL04A or SUBA-41022AL03A.

Has your transmission mount lost its rigidity and your automatic transmission feels slow and sloppy? Perhaps you even inspected it and saw that the OEM mount bushings were even torn? You have a few options here. If you know that your mount isn't torn, but just a little worn out, we recommend that you install a RalliTEK insert bushing to rejuvenate its rigidity with either your choice of soft or hard version.
If you aren't sure that your mount is torn and feel it's time for a new mount anyway, we STILL recommend going the extra mile and pairing a RalliTEK transmission mount insert bushing along with your purchase. Not only will we install your RalliTEK insert bushing for you, but when you purchase a new transmission mount from us we guarantee that these two products will increase shifting performance. Just had this installed today on my 16 Outback after a 2" IronMan lift was causing a shudder when accelerating. This has eliminated the shudder and the whole driveline has more of a solid/stiffer feel to it. Would definitely recommend this if you are having shudder/vibration issues after a lift install. I had the Transmission mount with soft insert installed.

Good fix for drivetrain wobble
Perfect fit, and almost completely eliminated the drivetrain wobble after doing a lift on my 16 Outback. Next step is skid plates and rock rails!

Soft Transmission Mount Insert Still Aggressive
I installed the replacement transmission mount with soft insert. Performance wise its good. The shifts feel more linear and positive. However, for being the soft insert, its still very aggressive for my taste as I now hear and feel constant vibrations from the transmission/engine. I will be switching back to an OEM mount in the future.

Transmission mount
I had a shudder in my transmission after adding a two inch spacer lift. After contacting the Rallitek folks, they verified that this would solve that issue. It was easy enough to install, only took me about 45 minutes (Would have been faster but I didn’t use a lift). It solved the shudder issue as advertised.
