RalliTEK BRANDED PRODUCTS LIFETIME WARRANTY
RalliTEK branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If a RalliTEK branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
No payment or reimbursement shall be made for installation, removal, transportation, or other charges. The remedies outlined in this instrument are exclusive and the liability of RalliTEK with respect to any sale shall not exceed the price of the product on which the liability is based.

Once this step has been completed, your product must be returned directly to theRalliTEK Warranty Department, 13339 NE Airport Way, Suite 500, Portland, OR 97230. Well my review disappeared. I'm happy to put it back up every single day...multiple times per day. The shock boots tore, as you can see. This is what driving to work does. I'm supposed to believe these were tested thoroughly...um, no. No abuse, very little use off-road so far...they are probably replacing all the boots with ones from Bilstein. Once they fix it, go ahead and buy. Now, they'll tell you it's your problem and expect that you'll be ok with paying a grand to fix their mistakes.

We did test them. A lot. We have over 15 company vehicles to do so that get driven daily and off-roaded on some of the most difficult trails in the PNW. We have switched to Bilstein boots again to solve the immediate need till we can resolve the issue with these boots. We did not tell you it's your problem and you need to fix it. We told you to bring the car to us and we would cover all the costs and swap the boots out for no charge to you. We then sent you Bilstein dust boots and left the decision of what you want to do up to you. It's now clear this is what you decided you wanted to do. See attatched picture of our email chain.

'We aplogize for the inconvenience, the boots are not made by Bilstein and we went out to source them because they were on national backorder for over 6 months and were very difficult to get during the pandemic. We had to find another source to elavate supply chain constraints from Bilstein. We went to great lengths to test, freeze, heat cycle, and then freeze again before releasing to the public. We just got more Bilstein boots off of backorder and will be shipping your replacements we apologize for the inconvenience and doing what we can to rectifie the situation. We have pulled all of these dust boots off and are not shipping them out. We take our suspension building and testing seriously and believe we have some the best Subarue off-road suspension products on the market. We have been in business for 25 years, we are prime time and even the best companies and products have a hiccup time to time. We will learn from this and keep building some of the best Subaru off-raod suspensions on the market.'
