Taking your Trek and turning it into an off-road powerhouse is what we set out to do with our Subaru Crosstrek lift kit. Designed to enhance the off-road performance of Subarus while keeping its plush suspension characteristics, this Crosstrek lift kit increases performance off-road significantly.

With Crosstrek lift kits, we wanted to build the most reliable suspension lift possible, and we didn't want to use inferior products made overseas. Because of this, we chose Bilstein B6 shocks and struts to complement our RalliTEK springs. Shocks made by Bilstein are widely regarded as among the best available. We had found that B6's perfectly complemented our springs after years of testing with our proprietary spring technology.

This unique technology improves handling and predictability off-road while keeping the plush on-road ride quality that Subaru is designed for. Our lift springs allow the fitment of larger tires for enhanced stability in inclement weather or tough terrain. In the hills, Overlanding, in the snow, or touring the interstates, there's nothing our springs won't dominate.

Bilstein B6 Shocks and Struts

Developed for a variety of applications, including sports cars, sedans, coupes, trucks, and SUVs, Bilstein performance shock absorbers and struts have been designed to provide improved handling and ride control without sacrificing comfort. Fade-free performance is achieved by using high gas pressure, monotube design with a large diameter shock body.

Bilstein's patented design allows the excessive heat from the oil to transfer to the outer surface of the shock body and dissipate more efficiently. The dividing piston also permits the oil to expand as heat builds, preventing aeration (foaming) and viscosity loss. This allows the shock to maintain full damping characteristics as temperatures rise.

The tube of a Bilstein gas pressure shock or strut is fabricated using a special extrusion method. This process achieves an extremely tight peak-to-valley tolerance and maintains consistent wall thickness. Bilstein's seamless monotube design provides superior tube strength while maximizing heat dissipation and shock life.

Additional advantages, based on development strongly influenced by the motorsport industry, include greater stability, better road handling, and accurate steering. This combined with extremely high-quality manufacturing and materials means Bilsteins will last approximately four times as long as the Original Equipment.

Great investment

Love this kit! I was really hesitant making the investment as I also had to pay a shop for installation. But the result was well worth it! Not only did I gain over 1" of ground clearance for off road use, but my daily driver handling is WAY better than the splashy feel of the OEM setup. Very satisfied!

Amazing Improvement

Installed the Bilstein B-6 Suspension 0.5” Lift Kit for front and rear on our 2018 Crosstrek with only 35K miles. The ride had become awful with the OEM struts and springs. Our vehicle was never abused and rarely driven with more than one person in it, but the ride had become extremely soft and floaty. It was uncomfortable and I believe unsafe. The new Bilstein struts and Rallitek springs are a night and day difference. The ride is perfect now, firm but not harsh. There is no more up and down floating while driving over bumps or dips. The vehicle feels like it’s in contact with the road at all times. I cannot recommend this setup strongly enough and would say no matter how few miles you have on your Crosstrek don’t wait to make this upgrade. The OEM springs and struts are seriously flawed in my opinion. Bilstein B-6 Struts and Rallitek springs transformed our Crosstrek.

RalliTEK BRANDED PRODUCTS LIFETIME WARRANTY

RalliTEK branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If a RalliTEK branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, please contact RalliTEK Customer Service at (503) 619.0055 or info@rallitek.com to obtain a return authorization. Once this step has been completed, your product must be returned directly to the RalliTEK Warranty Department, 13339 NE Airport Way, Suite 500, Portland, OR 97230. All shipping to the Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. RalliTEK will not be liable for damaged or lost inbound packages.

The RalliTEK website sells discontinued, special markup, and slightly blemished products at significant discounts as 'factory seconds' products. If approved, the RalliTEK Warranty Department may repair factory second products for a reasonable charge and applicable shipping charges.

Non-RalliTEK branded products do not have any written or implied warranties. Products on RalliTEK.com are sold with the warranty applied directly from the manufacturer. The customer must contact the product brand manufacturer for any warranty details. All products sold by RalliTEK are intended for off-road and/or race use only, as suggested by the manufacturer, and should be installed and set up by professional service centers only. RalliTEK is not responsible for any product failure or failure due to installation. Should a warranty claim arise, the customer and the manufacturer will handle all warranty issues directly.

There is no warranty on high-performance or race-related parts due to the nature of usage.

No payment or reimbursement shall be made for installation, removal, transportation, or other charges. The remedies outlined in this instrument are exclusive and the liability of RalliTEK with respect to any sale shall not exceed the price of the product on which the liability is based.
