To begin with, I'm very glad that I replaced the original front springs with these RalliTEK 1/2” lift springs. As for the springs and results: Upon receiving the springs, I found one to be unnoticeably taller than the other, measured at approximately 1/8” difference. This was perfect for my situation (and probably most other Subaru owners), given an approximate front imbalance in the car of 1/8”. After 30 hours and 13 miles of driving, my Outback is within about 1/16th of an inch, front left to front right. Not being a car mechanic, I'm hoping this slight difference doesn't translate into drive parts wearing out differently.
On the downside: Actual lift was only between 5/16th inch and 6/16th inch. And, the advertised install time and install difficulty may be for actual professional mechanics. If I weren't so stubborn about not letting anyone else touch my Outback, or so insanely meticulous, I'd consider driving from Atlanta GA to Portland OR and letting RalliTEK do the job.
Customer service has been exceptionally great. And, the care and attention to detail in packaging for shipment is phenomenal.

Great lift springs!
I have had these springs on my 2021 Outback Touring since Dec of 2020, I installed them when my Outback only had 1200 miles for camping and carrying my Mt. Bikes. It has been a fantastic upgrade, I live on Mt. Hood and I am in the snow often. This is the perfect upgrade for carrying extra-weight gear and getting some lift. I have over 45,000 miles on the springs and have had no issues. I have now purchased other Rallitek products and they have been great to work with and ship out quickly. Life long customer!!

Spring broke/ bad customer service
Had a spring break after 50000 mostly hwy miles. Was told when they were produced some didn’t get a coating that was required which led to that batch experiencing this problem. Asked for the company to pay to replace the spring which cost me around $400. They said the best they could do was send a new spring. I expressed that I didn’t think it was fare to pass that cost on to me since it was a production problem and not an abuse or misuse issue. They said that their company was small and couldn’t afford it. I told them that my income is way lower than theirs and I couldn’t either. So…pass the cost to the consumer and don’t stand behind ur products…equals keep more money for yourself. I wouldn’t buy this product or anything ralllitek sells.
David, our terms and conditons are clear that we offer a Lifetime Warranty on products for the original purchaser. We do not cover labor if a product fails. We are a rare company in the aftermarket parts world that offers such a customer-friendly Lifetime Warranty on defects or failure (it's almost non-existent with off-road aftermarket parts). We stand behind our products and believe our USA-made springs are the best in the Subaru off-road and overland community. It is not feasible or possible to cover the labor to install a product after failure as we ship products all over the world. Because you did not get everything you wanted and your expectations are unrealistic, you say you were given bad customer service. But we were kind, courteous, and quick to respond. We were honest about our very rare coating issue on a batch of springs and we shipped out a new set of springs to you immediately for an order you placed in 2020. If you, or anyone else reading this review, have the expectation that we will cover labor on a product after failure of 50k miles (in a part of the country that heavily salts their roads during long winter season) on an order placed four years ago, please do not purchase from us.
