I initially installed the Ironman 4x4 Spec C kit, but soon noticed the rear sag that others have mentioned. Given the positive feedback I’ve seen about RalliTek products, I decided to upgrade with their suspension to better support my 2023 Outback Wilderness under heavier loads.

After the initial installation, everything appeared to be functioning well. For context, I tend to carry heavier gear than most; for example, my Yakima EXO system alone adds significant weight. With the EXO mounted and no additional gear in the trunk, I observed approximately half an inch of rear suspension compression, and I expect it would compress further once fully loaded.

At this point, I’m unsure whether the rear springs are progressive in design, and I am interested in whether RalliTek offers any custom spring options tailored for specific load requirements.
Once I have tested the suspension under a full load during my New Year’s camping trip, I will update this review accordingly.

These lift springs were exactly what I was looking for. Needed to get a bit more lift and the rear was saggy from the weight of my gear from camping and my ARB refrigerator. Going down the road it felt soft and a bit floaty. Didn't look that great loaded up in the rear. Once I added the Rallitek overload lift springs the car drives tight very responsive and was everything I had hopped for . Looks aggressive and off road is sporty and not overly stiff. In my honest opinion Subaru should sold the car with a similar spring rate and more lift with a true All terrain tires.... My Wilderness is now truly the camping rig I was looking for.

These overload springs solved the sagging and instability I was experiencing while pulling my 2500lb travel trailer. The feel of it is a night and day difference. The front of the trailer with a 280lb hitch weight was sitting 1.75" low, and it now sits level. They also greatly improve how the OBW feels when cornering. I can definitely feel more of the bumps in the road, but the car overall feels much more confident. The guys over at Mule Expedition Outfitters did a great job installing them.

Bought these last year for front and rear..pretty sure they were 3/4" lift springs so these may be an updated version but regardless performance is fantastic!
Tough to give the springs all the credit as at same time of install I did upgrade tires to 235 65 17 Nokian Outpost nAT and lightweight wheels Enkei RPF1 to save 2.5lbs per corner but regardless our Subie drives better now than the day it was delivered. Also to note adding the tongue weight of utility trailer no longer sags the rear.
I had some concern that the springs would produce a stiffer ride but just the contrary..smooth as Butter.

At first I was going to go with another suspension option from another brand that lifted the car 2 inches. But these had the highest spring rate I could find. I needed a better coil spring to reduce sag when towing. These have worked perfectly, there is essentially no rear sag with my 3000lb camper hitched to my outback wilderness. The everyday onroad comfort has stayed about the same, good smooth ride. In corners and turns my outback wilderness feels better planted. The lift is there but it is slight, I did not want to go too high because I’ve heard the cvt transmission can “shudder” on takeoff if you get the 2” lift. Overall I am very happy and you can surely tell the car is better planted, has less sag when loaded down and has a noticeable, yet slight lift that gives the e outback wilderness a more aggressive look.

Love this setup. Eliminated all the sg I was getting when I tow my teardrop camper. Rides better even on the day to day driving.

Bought the overload springs to help with a smooth ride with my 2000lb RV trailer.

These have done what I expected. They have provided the needed lift and do not sag when I hitch up my teardrop camper to it. Unlike the stock Subaru springs.

I'm really happy with this 1" Lift Overload Spring Kit, I was always having too much sag in the rear with my Outback Wilderness when I have it loaded up for camping.
Now no sag at all and it rides much nicer as well. I highly recommend this kit.

Nice subtle lift. Improved handling especially while towing. 22 Wilderness towing a 2500lb trailer.

These are just what I was looking for. A very slight lift with the ability to carry a heavier load and tuned better for rough road driving. So far have performed great!

Installed the 1-1/2" lift springs on a 2024 Forester Wilderness. Primary reason for this was to decrease sag when loaded. Rear ride height increased about 1 inch. Front ride height increased closer to 1-1/2 inches. Would have liked it to be about the same front to rear, but I'll live with it. Correct alignment was attained without the rear subframe drop. Tops of front coils could have been a little narrower diameter to fit upper seats better. Drives on road nicely.

This is my third outback and each of them have had RalliTek’s overload springs. The current outback is the Wilderness edition and I have the 3/4” overload springs installed. I have roughly 1k miles on the vehicle now with them installed. They remove the sag from the rear as soon as you put anything in the cargo area. They also make the ride more compliant. Not harsh, but more controlled. Especially going into turns where the road compresses and extends the suspension. The OBW with these springs (and my prior two Outbacks non-wilderness) keeps the vehicle planted and in control. Not to be confused with a sports car… but compared to the stock soft suspension these absolutely help. Even loaded up the outback does not sag and does not have a harsh ride. Very well worth the purchase (obviously since this is my third set) and highly recommend them.

As described.....installation was a breeze with the correct tools. My Forester Wilderness looks how I believe it should have come from the factory. Thanks RalliTEK.

I love the 3/4" Lift Spring Kit!!! My Outback handles like a sports car on the pavement and handles off-roading confidently and extra weight without sagging much.

The ride is greatly improved with these springs. They not only handle extra weight better, but the overall ride is much improved.

Definitely a great add to the Outback Wilderness. Team at RalliTek super helpful and responsive to my questions - and now I can haul the Teardrop without any sag - and the ride is great! Highly recommend this kit to any and all Outback owners! Rides great on Highways and Offroad!
