DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
All return requests must be approved by RalliTEK Customer Service. RalliTEK is not responsible for any products returned to our warehouse without prior approval. To start your return, please read our Return Policy below and then visit our Returns Center.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No items may be returned after 30 days.
  • *Strut assemblies and items built-to-order are assembled according to your order specifications and are considered custom orders. Therefore, these CANNOT be canceled and/or returned without a 25% restocking fee and pre-approval from RalliTEK Customer Service.
  • Electronics have a NO RETURN policy. Please call our Customer Service Dept to ensure fitment before purchasing.
  • Items that are damaged and/or incorrect products received must be reported to RalliTEK within 10 days of receipt for a return to be considered.
  • Items must be returned and received by RalliTEK in new, original condition and cannot be damaged, modified, or previously installed. Items that fail to meet these conditions will be ineligible for a refund. Upon request, items may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse. RalliTEK is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Please package your items well and consider purchasing insurance for large, heavy items that may be damaged in shipping.
  • Once your items are received in our warehouse, they will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund.
  • Original shipping costs and/or any shipping costs on items received as part of a Free Shipping offer are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment. If you prefer an in-store credit, please contact our Customer Service Dept.
