Excellent upgrade for a lifted Outback!

Review: These adjustable front endlinks are incredibly heavy-duty and well-made. After lifting my Outback, the factory alignment was a bit off, but these allowed for perfect adjustment and completely dialed in the handling. Highly recommend if you want to restore proper suspension geometry!

Front end links

The front end links are great. I get them adjusted dead on. I have a 2023 Subaru Forester wilderness. Put a 2 inch lift and I had to shorten it links to be dead on. It works great. I have the problem with the rear end links I directional ones were 4 and 1/2 and I need it extended to six and a half. I can only extend them to five and a half. They say they're close enough. But I like Dead on on everything. I guess I will have to live with it being inch short. Rallitek says it's close enough and it works good enough. Like I said the front end links are great.sincerly yours

The Best of Both Worlds

I can finally have insane amounts of travel off-road and precise handling on long road trips! Install was easy, and a few spare water hose gaskets solved the clinking from the slack on the top disconnect post.

Awesome!

Not only do they look good, but they function as intended! These are perfect if you’re trying to lift your Trek or adjust for performance handling.

RalliTek made it right

RalliTek customer support is great. I suggest reading the instructions to include the "NOTES" section. You can not install if you have relocating end link brackets. Just remove the relocation brackets and won't feel like an idiot when you install them.

A must have if you lift your Outback

Besides the benefit of being able to adjust these front endlinks to be able to remove any play from the front stabilizer setup, these endlinks are especially designed for lifted vehicles so that the sway bar remains in its factory position and is not rotated downwards as a result of the lift. You also have the added benefit of these being greaseable and heavier and more robust than the factory units. If you are lifting your Outback, these are a must have if you want to do it right!

Great Price and units. GET THESE!

I Ordered a 2" lift kit from one of the other popular sites on sale, ahem I'm sorry Rallitek lol. Browsing here I saw these and figured since the suspension would be apart I might as well and go ahead with the extra beef. With all the new add ons there's no body roll in turns and handles dirt and forest roads great.

Great Solution for Rubbing Stock Endlinks after 3" drop

After the 3" drop from my coilovers settled in, the stock front sway bar endlinks were occasionally rubbing on the stock control arms on my Outback XT.

After some searching and DM help (thank you Dallin Richards) the adjustable endlinks were just what I needed to rotate the sway bar mount and get the endlinks out of the way.

I adjusted them to the lowest length 10.5" which was plenty to make clearance from the stock 12" length.

They required greasing with Red "N" Tacky grease and adjustment prior to installing but the rubbing is gone!

Solid item but.... Mine where destroyed almost immediatly . Directions to fill grease where not great and apparently this is extremely sensitive. End links made it about 20 miles before being ruined where i was basically was told to bad so sad. I really dont understand why the end links would not be sent prefilled with the grease amounts being so critical to them either being good or almost instantly destroyed. Seems theres a simple solution there but i guess i get to just loose 200 dollars. I have also purchased 1500 dollar struts where one came with a bad roller bearing costing me more time and laber as well as more money for an additional tool to replace the bearing. To be fair after the bearing replacement the struts have been good. I will not be buying any more rallitek products as my overall experience has not been great which is to bad because i did have future plans that included rallitek products.

Before this review, you emailed us photos of the end links, which we reviewed. Those photos showed that the joints had been severely overfilled with grease.

The excessive grease effectively hydraulically locked the joint, preventing the ball from properly moving inside the cup. The resulting pressure caused the boot to split, allowing the grease to escape and ultimately damaging the joint.

We have sold and installed thousands of these end links over the years with excellent results. Our installation instructions specifically state:

“DO NOT OVERGREASE JOINT! The boot for the joint should NOT be full of grease, and the joint only needs to be filled with grease. This should only take 1 2 pumps, so go slowly.”

Based on the condition shown in the photos you provided, this is not a defect with the end links. The damage was caused by excessive grease during installation. We stand behind our products, but cannot consider damage resulting from improper installation to be a product defect.

Great product easy install

Installed the sway bar end links with quick connect. The instructions are ok, definitely read through them and watch some YouTube videos. Rallitek is very responsive by email.

I’ve yet to try them on the trails, but so far on-road they feel fine, no discernible difference.

Replacement

I had one from my lift kit that always seemed to have a small window ever since the initial install and I figured out it was either bent slightly or off center, ordered a new set instead of a warranty replacement due to my work schedule now I can accurately adjust them woot! I wish I had been able to just order one replacement turnbuckle since I now have two spare endlinks that will just collect dust till needed. And a spare.

Awesome!

Awesome endlinks! Getting rid of the stock and putting these on has been a great improvement in the ride. Disconnecting them is pretty easy, reattaching can be tricky but not too bad. Riding with them disconnected is nice as well. My only complaint is the noise. Yes they warn you, and I was expecting a little noise but man these are noisy depending on the road and clunk and clank. It isn’t terrible but it’s more than “a little” noise.

Hello Kat,

Thank you for the kind words and feedback! Something we reccomend doing is to possibly tweak the length of the endlinks a bit as that might help quite them. You want to be sure to do final lengths of the endlinks set with the vehicle on the ground as the swaybar is loaded system designed to operate at ride height. You will also want to make sure your endlink lengths are set with no-preload on the endlink at ride height and the same lengths left to right.

We've seen some of these factors cause the disconnects to be louder than intended. Also putting some white lithium grease on the pins helps keep them much quieter which is something else you could try.

Do these fit a lift kit that has spacers on top of the struts? As in do they go shorter then oem ride height? or are they designed to go from oem ride height to a longer length.

RalliTEK

You are correct that these endlinks are able to adjust shorter than your OEM Endlinks. These endlinks have enough adjustment to account for 1-3 inches of lift!
