You have a few options here. If you know that your mount isn't torn, but just a little worn out, we recommend that you install a RalliTEK insert bushing to rejuvenate its rigidity with either your choice of the soft or hard version.

I wish it stated that this product was only for automatics. My car is a manual transmission 2000 subaru outback. Also i wish the website had in detail on waht this product fits on

Transmission Mount + RalliTEK Soft Anti-Wobble Insert
Designed better than OEM

So when I pulled out the OEM part the center stem was so bent I was shocked it still functioned as a proper mount. This new one, with the insert, should protect that center stem from warping, my growl is gone when I back up and she shifts so smooth it's like she is brand spanking new!! Very happy with this part! And and and I have a cool new sticker for my Subaru

An excellent product

This helped alleviate quite a bit of vibrations after finding out my transmission mount was super loose. Was super easy to install, only issue I had was mainly from one of the bolts snapping off from mine being the original mount from factory.

What is the difference from hard to soft insert? Which one is suggested for 2.5” lift with HD springs? Thank you

One is hard and one is soft. The hard one will make the transmission feedback more and the soft one will dampen the feedback from the trasmission. You can run either one but it just depends on what you want out of the vehicle.
