Easy to install
These things work great for the 2" lift on my 2020 STI! Completely fixes the sharp angle from the rear axles to the knuckle that was created when I lifted it!
Awesome kit, such good quality. The instructions we're decent, just follow the diagrams that numbers each part and shows where it is located on the car, and do not install each spacer individually like the kit says, loosen all 5 at a time to create enough space to slide the spacer in. Other than that 5/5 i am stoked.
Added a 2" lift. Needed rear tires centered. Did what I needed.
Purchased this kit for my OB because I didn’t a 2 in lift. This kit worked perfect. Instructions were very detailed, and easy to follow!
I’ve ordered several times from Rallitek, most recently front linkage and a sub frame kit for a 2” lift. All of which arrived quickly but where Rallitek shines is I was having issues with my lift, not a Rallitek unfortunately, and I had some questions about the issues I was having. I called Rallitek and I got incredibly helpful info on the issue and quite frankly it was huge to have that perspective from folks who truly understand a lifted Subie! Rallitek is my go to for parts from then on! Absolutely outstanding customer service! Walt
The product over all was ok but the installation manual was very vague and not detailed at all.
Quality is outstanding
Not the cheapest but like all Rallitek products the quality is top notch, quality hardware, bulletproof machined aluminum with a nice anodized blue finish. Quality all around !!
Nice kit and easy to install. It's a must have for anyone lifting their Outback. It will correct the positioning of the rear wheel in the wheel well.
Does this kit also re align the front CV's or just the rear?
The Subframe drop kit is designed for the rear subframe and it for vehicles that have greater than 1.5 inches of lift to help get the tire alignment back into factory Subaru alignment specification. The Subframe drop does change axle angle in the rear. Rear axle angle is not generally a problem when lifting the car less than 3 inches.
Could these be used to effectively lower the vehicle without lifting it in the first place?
No, the Rear Subframe is where the control arms, toe arms, and trailing arms connect by lowering the subframe with a drop it changes the alignment of the arms connected to the subframe. This is intended for lifted vehicles to help get the alignment into correct orientation or spec.
