These aluminum spacers install right over your strut hat. Great for adding more lift to a vehicle's original/aftermarket equipment or helping level out your fender gap. The aluminum lift spacer offers superior strength to our older HDPE lift spacers, giving you the most robust solution for your off-road Subaru.

I originally purchased a set of 1/2” overload springs (rear) for my Gen 6 to fix the rear sag. Upon reviewing threads and other forums I decided to order the spacers as well.
Both products seem to work well, free from defects, and came with applicable hardware. If I had to suggest anything to make the spacers better I’d say to write or etch in tq specs, had to reach deep to find anything to improve on.
With a decent amount of stuff in the back of the gen 6 and a trailer averaging 1500 lbs (load and trailer), the vehicle rides level. No front suspension work done.
Overall great product, recommend, 5 stars.
Added these to my 2013 Forester running Impreza struts. Really evened out the look. Sits with a 1.5" tire to fender gap on all 4 wheels now (stock wheels and tires). Used a vice and socket to press the short top hat studs out. New studs are just the right length with plenty of thread engagement.
There's not much to say about spacers, other than that these seem to be of great quality and fit. If there's a downside (and probably not much of a downside), it'd have to be with the supplied hardware. The bolts are 35 mm length when, given plenty of room beneath the cargo floor (2022 Outback), they could just as easily supply 45 mm bolts. And, though it doesn't appear to matter given their placement (away from the elements), I much prefer stainless steel hardware. I opted for buying the identical style bolts, but in 45 mm length and stainless steel.
Side-recommendations: Place a noise dampening gasket on each side, top and bottom, of the spacer.
I’ve used these now on 2 different 6th Gen outbacks with the RalliTek Overload springs. With the overload springs and these spacers using a 235/65/17 tire the ride height is just a bit higher than an OEM Wilderness. The look and ride are excellent. These only show viable for the rear in the 6th gen, but you can add the 5th gen front .5 spacer to match them. Works great. Rides with the springs better than OEM. And gives me a bit more ground clearance w/o dropping the subframe. Very satisfied.
Fitted the 1/2 inch lift springs and the 1/2 inch spacers, net result was just under an inch lift in ride height which is perfect if you are towing or loaded…highly recommend the Rallitek springs, excellent ride quality!
I ordered these with my RT spring and Bilstein strut package, (which they install for you when odered with the package). The extra 1/2" for the rear makes the car level with a light load in the back. Any more lift would require adjustable lower control arms if you are wanting any negative camber. Mine went slightly positive, so I went to a softer setting on my adjustable rear sway bar to improve straight line stability and reduce rollover risk. Net result: handling balance feels just right! As a former Autocross season champion and car control instructor, my seat of the pants meter is pretty accurate!
Just right
This gave my car just the lift I wanted with great fit! It was an easy install and so far it has worked really well. I would buy from here again!
Shipping can be a bit pricey, but service has also been helpful so far and it really feels like they care. I'll be back for more parts for sure
Thanks for the review!
Got the spacers as part of project to add overload springs to 2011 Subaru Outback. Work fine.
Hello I was wondering if the provided bolts would have enough thread to combine it with a 3/8 spacer?
We advise against stacking or combining our Aluminum or Steel Lift Spacers. The hardware provided is also not designed to accommodate adding another spacer.
Do these pair well with the 1 inch suspension lift springs for the wilderness? I have a 23 OBW. Do they cause wear on other parts of the suspension?
Yes, you can add these to your factory struts and our Rallitek OBW lift springs which can give additional lift. Please keep in mind when you have greater than 1 inch of lift you need adjustable arms or subframe drop to bring the OBW back into OEM alignment specs. As for addiontal wear lift can put a mild amount of wear on CV axles / joints and bushings this is very minor in our opionion as the lift increases the wear will increase due to angles. Subframe and adjustable arms can help correct some of these negative affects.
