Amortisseurs et jambes de force Bilstein B6
Développés pour une variété d'applications, y compris les voitures de sport, les berlines, les coupés, les camions et les VUS, les amortisseurs et jambes de force performants Bilstein ont été conçus pour offrir une meilleure maniabilité et un meilleur contrôle de la conduite sans sacrifier le confort. Les performances sans affaiblissement sont obtenues grâce à l'utilisation d'une haute pression de gaz, d'une conception monotube avec un corps d'amortisseur de grand diamètre.
La conception brevetée de Bilstein permet à la chaleur excessive de l'huile de se transférer à la surface extérieure du corps de l'amortisseur et de se dissiper plus efficacement. Le piston de séparation permet également à l'huile de se dilater à mesure que la chaleur s'accumule, empêchant l'aération (moussage) et la perte de viscosité. Cela permet à l'amortisseur de maintenir ses caractéristiques d'amortissement complètes à mesure que les températures augmentent.
Le tube d'un amortisseur ou d'une jambe de force Bilstein à pression de gaz est fabriqué à l'aide d'une méthode d'extrusion spéciale. Ce processus permet d'obtenir une tolérance crête-à-crête extrêmement étroite et de maintenir une épaisseur de paroi constante. La conception monotube sans soudure de Bilstein offre une résistance de tube supérieure tout en maximisant la dissipation thermique et la durée de vie de l'amortisseur.

I picked this suspension kit up because it came highly recommended, and I can see why. Our Outback had the original stock suspension that came on it when we bought it 10 years ago. We do a lot of camping in some pretty tough to reach places, and we had put a lot of wear on the old suspension. It was sagging pretty bad. 141,500 miles and I decided it was time for a replacement and upgrade.
The first thing I noticed is how good they looked. The 2 tone blue with the yellow looks so good. Because they come assembled I was able to pop them on in a few hours by myself. The lift is amazing. I think because of the old suspension wear we were sagging quite a bit. These fixed that and gave us another inch on top. It's like a brand new car.
After getting the alignment adjusted they drive like a dream. I couldn't recommend them more. The ride feels stiff and controlled, but smooth. It's hard to explain, but it's nice. Steering and braking is more responsive. Ride is smoother. Bumps and dips are handled great.
We have a 2019 Subaru Outback that was squatting under the load of our Lectric bikes and deployable solar panels loaded in it on travel days....(we're full-time RVers and my wife follows in the Subaru on travel days). I wanted something to help the car hold the heavy load and not squat so badly. I landed on these coil-over shocks and added the .5" lift spacers to them also. WOW! I was not expecting the result! We ordered a 1.75" lift but it ended up lifting the car 3"! We measured before and after installation! Car now holds load GREAT and only squats down about .5" under full load. I was worried it might ride like a truck but NOPE it handles better than stock. I will say that you'll definitely feel the smaller bumps a bit more but the over all planted feel far outweighs the slightly rougher ride. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for more load support and a MUCH sportier ride without loosing much comfort! Oh, one more thing, when hitting quick bumps you'll most likely hear a bit of a banging noise because these have such a fast rebound....took a little getting used to but now I think it's kinda cool and makes me wanna go rally racing! Replaced OEM warn, leaky struts that had another competitors 2” spacers, front and back with their subframe body drop. I went with the RalliTEK 2.5” spacers in the rear for better towing of my teardrop camper; No more dolphin-ing! I kept the front at 2” though. I really like working with the tech support; very knowledgeable about their products as well as their competitor’s products; very useful when replacing their products with RalliTEK products. I highly recommend RalliTEK for your Subaru upgrades!
Excellent build on the assembled shocks and struts using quality components (boots, top hat, bumper, and spring buffer). Rallitek worked with me and kept me updated along the way making sure the assemblies were shipped to me in a timely manner. Arrived in two well packed boxes made and filled with fully recyclable materials.
Went in easily without issue in about 4 hours (did the work myself while replacing other suspension components too... but this task is probably best left to a qualified auto shop unless you consider yourself advanced in your rig repair skills).
Ride quality has greatly improved in all aspects both on pavement and off-road (perfect ride height restoration using the 0.25" springs and improved handling all around with addition of a 20mm sway bar in the rear). Lastly, the yellow of the front struts coupled with the blue springs peeking out in the wheel wells is a nice surprise accent when looking at the side profile of the vehicle now.
My wife's 2018 Outback Limited 3.6 has 90,000 miles and the factory struts were starting to loose some of their dampening and two were starting to have slow leaks on them. So we upgraded to the Bilstein B6 Suspension Lift Kit - Fits 2015-2019 Outbacks. These are loaded struts so it saves time on the installation. I installed the struts at home and then had the car aligned afterwards. What a difference. The car gained a solid inch in ride height and handles so much better. A bit on the stiff side compared to stock but not terrible. It has been a welcome upgrade doing away with the old strut "bounce" we were starting to get. I would highly reccomend this setup for anyone needing to replace their worn out factory struts for their 2015-2019 Subaru Outback! RalliTek had great customer service as well as the struts were on back order but a represnetative kept in touch and let me know status updates and when I could expect to see my struts. Great people to deal with and great communication which can be hard to come by in this day and age!

Got to you guys by reviews and recommendations, glad we did. My son's super camper 2011 (Pop up tent, Thule Rocket Box, Thule Hitch storage) was sagging, the 1/2" lift fixed this and gave us a really nice, butch look. Writing this from the back seat. The car is unloaded, 3 people, rides like a nice sedan.

Super easy to put on. Slightly stiffer than stock suspension with a barely perceptible lift. They look good too. Buying this pre-made kit is better than wrestling with a spring compressor. Make sure and get an alignment afterwards.
The Bilstein B6 Kit transformed our 2017 Outback into a car that is truly fun to drive. No harshness at all, simply road hugging, athletic handling. Rough country roads are smoothed out and body roll in the twisties is minimal. Worth every penny.
Looking forward to the countless miles and adventures with the B6’s underneath my 2019 OB. The original struts were well past time with 134k miles and bottoming out. We will be coming back down the Alcan loaded up roadtripping and overlanding soon from Alaska to the Midwest. Can’t wait to see/ feel the difference
Easy install except for that 149,000 mi rust build-up on my (can’t believe it) original struts. Body roll is gone. Measured easily 1” lift front and rear. Off to get an alignment. I would recommend stabilizer bar links and end links while you’re at it!
So far they've been great,havnt bottomed out yet,and I drive them very hard,definitely put them through a lot and love them
I’m very pleased with this purchase from Rallitek. They are suspension parts. Parts are top quality, and Subaru outback has a better quality suspension than it did before.
We have a roof box and bikerack and when we were loaded up with the kids it was sagging pretty bad. I wasn't looking for a lift but for something to handle the weight better. The B6 struts and 1/4" lift springs are much better at supporting the load. Sits at a more stock ride height when fully loaded. When not loaded it sits maybe a 1/2" higher than it did before. I like the ride quality improvement – feels more supported in cornering and but not too bumpy. You do feel some of the smaller bumps more but nothing that bothers us. Thumbs up.

Should have come from Subaru with this suspension. Slightly firmer ride. Ride height looks great with stock tires. Handling feels sportier fun to drive. Rear end does not sag with 400lbs of weight. I did not give 5 stars because I have not done any off road travel. Very satisfied with RalliTek kit.

Does this setup fit European models, and does it come with TÜV papers?
Unfortunatley our suspensions are only tested and developed on USDM models and we cannot guarantee fitment on any other model.
I already have a RalliTek 2” spacer lift on my 2018 and love it. If I upgrade and add the 1” Bilstein B6 Suspension lift will I need to modify break lines or abs sensors etc?
Hello,
No you will not need to add any additional components to modify the brake lines or abs sensors. You do however have to add all three adjustable arms to the vehicle in order to get the vehicle back into OEM alignment spec. So that would be the Rear Control Arms, Rear Trailing Arms, and Rear Toe Arms.
If I put b6 bilsteins on my 2019 Subaru outback would I be able to fit 245/65 R17 tires on without tire rub over time.

That tire size will require some cutting / trimming of plastic and fender liner splash protection. Rub over time will depend on weight you are carrying in or on the vehicle.
What are the main difference between the .25 and the .75 lifts ?
The spring rate and spring profiles are the same one spring is simply longer than the other allowing the spring to give more lift.
Hi. I'm new to upgrading my vehicle. I'm considering the Bilstein B6 Suspension Lift Kit - Fits 2015-2019 Subaru Outback. Mine is a 2017. Is there anything else I'll need to do the installation (parts wise)? I'd like to add 0.75" - 1" to my ground clearance, so I assume I'd order the 0.75" option?
Nope nothing else is needed to do that kit it's a direct bolt on solution and the car will align with the factory components currently on the vehicle.
