Kit de verrouillage des bras de pincement – Qu'est-ce que c'est ?
L'option Kit de verrouillage des bras de pincement est un ajout facultatif pour assurer une plus grande précision de votre alignement au fil du temps. Chez Subaru, votre véhicule est équipé d'un boulon excentrique sur le bras de pincement. C'est ainsi que le véhicule ajuste le pincement en usine. Cela pose problème lors de la conduite tout-terrain intensive, car les boulons excentriques ont tendance à glisser, ce qui désaligne votre véhicule. Lorsque vous utilisez notre bras de pincement réglable RalliTEK, ce boulon excentrique n'est plus nécessaire et ne fait que vous exposer au risque d'un réalignement après une longue journée sur les sentiers. Le kit de verrouillage retire le boulon excentrique OEM et le remplace par un boulon standard, vous assurant ainsi de ne pas rencontrer ce problème lorsque vous êtes sur la route.

This is the second time I’ve received a toe arm that squeaks. Rallitek refused to replace this item a second time stating it’s my car that is the issue. I live in Arizona and they have never inspected or worked on my car to make that call. I am very disappointed in the way they handled this.

We've sent you a total of 3 sets of toe arm joints, 2 sets of trailing arm joints, and a bushing rebuild kit for the control arm, all over a squeak in the last 18 months. We have had these exact parts on our 18 Outback for 7 years. Across that time period, we only had to replace these parts once in the 7 years of extreme hard off-roading and the vehicle does not make any noises. Based on that information, we know we do not have a reliability issue with our parts, being we're not having any issues on our 15 company vehicles that all have these parts and hundreds of sets of these arms sold to our customers. Your vehicle and situation an outlier, and we cannot confidently send more parts to you without diving into the issue more or getting a professional opinion on what might be going on with the vehicle. We are still happy to work with you to resolve any issues, but we would recommend going to one of our certified RalliTEK dealers/installers to have the vehicle inspected and looked over so we can get more and better information as to what is going on with your vehicle.

Not once was I told I had to assemble these toe arms which is taking even longer then what I had expected. I have to fully assemble them when that wasn’t mentioned at all and the instructions are no we’re near to fully assemble highly disappointed and was expected 2 toe arms as advertised in the photos

We're sorry to hear you were not happy with our toe arms. After reaching out to you and speaking with you further about this, you did recieve both toe arms and rather you were not happy with the process of having to assemble the arms.
Too be clear fully assembling the arms means you have to grease the joint and thread the two ends into the adjusters after applying the supplied anti-seize packets. We made the decision to not assemble our arms very intentionally. This is a industry standard to supply adjustable suspension arms un-assembled. This is because every persons vehicle is different in suspension, lift, and other aftermarket components. These arms need to be adjusted to length depending on these factors as well as need to be taken apart to grease and use the supplied anti-seize. We've also thought about assembling them, greasing them, and applying anti-seize in-house for the customer but we chose not too do this as this would not make for clean nice product. If you have ever worked with these compounds before you know they get on everything and we would not want the powder coat and or anodizing to show up to you covered in anti-seize and grease. We're not trying to be lazy or offload any work onto the customer but rather found it works better if we do not assemble the threaded parts together for you and allow you do that due to these factors.

Immediate improvement in handling on and off road. Significant upgrade over factory. Slowly replacing parts with Rallitek. I’m continually shocked at how responsive this company is. After putting all the aftermarket rallitek parts I could find on my 2019 3.6r outback, the suspension have tightened up considerably. This is now a Baja rocket, not a soccer mom ride.
I have been using these heavy duty toe arms for approximately 5000 miles along with super prop polly lower control arm bushings, Megan racing pillow ball trailing arms and H&R lift springs. The upgraded bushings on my 2014 crosstrek have made a night and day difference in handling over the old worn out suspension. Installation was very easy and I am now able to maintain a factory spec alignment despite a 1 inch lift.
