Pourquoi est-ce la meilleure ? En quoi est-elle différente des autres « barres anti-rapprochement » ?
Nous commençons par une coupelle conique unique usinée par CNC à chacun des points de montage de la barre, connectée à une conception à double tube soudé par points avec un routage optimal à travers les composants d'origine sous le capot. Nous utilisons ensuite des écrous coniques en acier inoxydable T301 usinés par CNC pour monter les coupelles coniques sur les goujons supérieurs de l'amortisseur. Une fois serrés, ils centrent parfaitement la barre anti-rapprochement sur les goujons d'origine et offrent une solution de montage sans aucune déflexion. Plutôt astucieux, n'est-ce pas ?
Oui, mais en quoi est-ce différent ? Toutes les barres anti-rapprochement ne font-elles pas la même chose ?
Non, pas du tout ! La plupart des conceptions de barres anti-rapprochement sous le capot sont des conceptions en plusieurs pièces pour surmonter les problèmes d'ajustement dus à une conception médiocre/paresseuse et/ou à une construction bon marché. Les barres en plusieurs pièces sont excellentes pour un ajustement rapide et facile (à part que la plupart utilisent des tailles de boulons étranges ou trop grandes pour lesquelles personne n'a d'outils), mais cette conception met presque toute la contrainte sur un joint flexible ou sur un boulon. Si le but d'une barre est de réduire la flexion du châssis et que la barre elle-même peut fléchir sur son propre support, comment cela peut-il fournir une rigidité supplémentaire ? Si tout ce que vous recherchez, ce sont quelques accessoires d'habillage dans votre compartiment moteur et que vous aimez diminuer le rapport puissance/poids de votre voiture en transportant du métal brillant et inutile, alors ces barres sont parfaites pour vous.
Pour la Forester Sport 2019+, nous avons conçu un assemblage soudé monobloc à double tube qui s'intègre parfaitement à l'arrière du compartiment moteur. Dotée d'une finition thermolaquée noire ou rouge, la barre est complétée par une plaque signalétique en aluminium anodisé noir avec un logo "Nameless" gravé au laser.
