I purchased this product over a year ago and wanted to write a fair review since they’ve been on my 2018 outback since July/August 2025.
First, the install was a breeze once I got my old endlinks off. I had to cut the old ones with a grinder as the Allen key hole was rusted out.
Second, these are way better than oem, at least if you if you have a lift and oversized tires.
Third, and this is where the negatives come in to play, I did notice surface rust on the steel parts of this product early on, reached out to support as I thought that was premature, I was advised to clean them with a wire brush and use something like wd-40 to protect them. That was 3 months after I installed them.
Tonight, 3/30/26 went to grease them and noticed the rubber grease bushings are torn, so I pumped them with grease(till it came out since I didn’t want moisture to get inside) I did only pump 1-2 pumps in the ones that weren’t torn, as instructed.
I did reach out to customer support to try to remedy this situation since they’ve aren’t even a year old. I love the product and how easy the install was and how they perform, just not real happy that the rubber has torn so early into having them on my Subaru.

The boots splitting does seem odd, as we've had these on our company's 2018 Outback for years now without issues. We did notice the boot does look inflated, which is a sign that they have been over-greased. This is what might have contributed to the failure. Typically, you don't want to see any grease in the boot at all, as the joint itself is all that needs the grease, and the boot is there simply to protect against dust and debris entering the joint.
Overall I like them. They are a little clunky sounding, but I was expecting that from the video. I had to put threadlock on the jam nuts because they kept backing off regardless of how much I tightened them. They are pretty easy to remove and install, just have to be on a level surface. I need to figure out how to secure them better when off, attaching the bracket to the snap fastener in my wheel well isn’t working that well.
It’s been somewhat too for me, and my overall experience with these adjustable end links, as these are my 3rd set I’ve installed on my car, due to failure on the previous pairs… The fact that greasable fittings are on both ends now, I hope will help with eliminating the wear and friction, that comes to the joint… I do absolutely no off roading, all highway driving, so I was a bit concerned about why my car was going thru these things, in an unusual way… Let’s hope for the best.. The Customer Service at Rallitek, has been phenomenal, in dealing with getting me the replacement parts, and in the most expeditious manner… Thx guys..
